Data collected — The site has no form and does not ask for any personal information. If you write to contact@1322label.com, your contact details and message are only used to answer your request and follow up on the exchange.

Purposes and legal bases — Answering requests and following up professional exchanges (legitimate interest of 13.22 Records or, where relevant, pre-contractual steps); keeping the site secure and working (legitimate interest); complying with applicable legal obligations.

Recipients — Authorised people within 13.22 Records and, where necessary, the technical providers involved (email, hosting). Your data is never sold to third parties.

Technical preferences — The site stores two pieces of information in your browser (“sessionStorage”): whether you have already seen the introduction, and whether you turned the sound off on artist pages. They stay on your device, are never sent to us and are deleted when you close the tab.

Cookies and trackers — The site sets no cookies, whether for advertising or audience measurement, and uses no advertising trackers.

YouTube videos — The videos on artist pages only load when you press “Play”. YouTube (Google) is then contacted, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and may receive technical data and store information on your device, under its own privacy policy. Until you press “Play”, nothing is sent to YouTube: the preview is served from our own server.

Audience statistics — To know how many people visit the site, we use Umami (Umami Software, Inc.), a cookieless audience measurement tool. It stores nothing on your device, does not follow you from one site to another and only gives us aggregated statistics (page views, country, device type, where the visit came from). If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, it is respected. Legal basis: 13.22 Records' legitimate interest in knowing how much its site is visited. To object: contact@1322label.com or turn on “Do Not Track” in your browser.

Hosting and technical logs — The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (see the legal notice), which may keep technical logs, including IP addresses and connection dates, for security and operational reasons. Netlify does not publish a specific retention period; it states that it keeps this data for as long as needed for its purpose. This data may be processed outside the European Union, notably in the United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; Netlify also states that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Retention — Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and follow up on the exchange, then deleted or archived in line with applicable legal obligations.
